DISCOVERY's products range from complete rig packages to drilling components that are supported by our after sales service and parts.
Products are fully API certified (API monogram), ISO certified. When required - the products can be supplied with regional certifications such as CE and/or Russian Gost.
Fully equipped with engineering documentation, manuals, quality documentation, warranties, product liability insurance, certification and customer support.
Safety – DISCOVERY works to a fully implemented safety program which is managed by all employees. OSHA incident (2008) rate = 0.8.
DISCOVERY has focused on complete drilling packages for specialized service in areas such as the Middle East, North and Central Africa, Europe and the Former Soviet Union.
We currently offer six styles of rigs in various horsepower ranges:
- Echelon type (1000hp up to 2500hp)
- Swing Lift type (1000hp up to 4000hp)
- Crawler type (750hp up to 3000hp)
- European Modular type (750hp up to 2500hp)
- Carrier type (300hp up to 750hp)
- Trailer type (500hp up to 1000hp)
DDE's range of drilling equipment:
- Masts – (150T up to 1000T)
- Substructures – (150T up to 1000T)
- Mud systems – (up to 800 cubic meters)
- Drawworks – (300HP up to 4000HP)
- Deadline Anchors – (25000lbs up to 175000lbs)
- Travelling Blocks – (75T up to 1000T)
- Sheaves – (up to 72 inches)
- Skidding Systems – (rolling, walking, skidding)
- HP lines – (5000 psi up to 7500psi)
- VFD Systems – (up to 2000KVA)
- Independent rotary drive – (up to 1150HP)
- Casing Stabbing board – (25 – 40 feet adjustable range)
- BOP Handling Systems – (up to 150 tons)
